Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy – Carmin by Raza Muhammad

At Carmin by Raza Muhammad, we take pride in our quality and craftsmanship. However, if you receive a faulty product, we offer the following options:

  1. Returns & Refunds:

    • Refunds are only available for faulty products and must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Once the item passes our Quality Control (QC) compliance, the refund process will begin.
    • All other expenses, including shipping and customs charges, will be borne by the customer.
    • No refunds will be granted for sizing issues or customized items.
  2. Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are only possible for faulty products received in incorrect condition. No exchanges will be entertained for color fading or other aesthetic changes.
    • No exchanges are allowed on sale items, unless the item was delivered incorrectly or faulty.
    • For incorrect or damaged products, we will alter the item free of charge up to 3 times after delivery.
  3. Conditions for Refunds/Exchanges:

    • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with tags intact.
    • For exchanges or returns, please reach out to us with the details and order ID through our customer service channels (WhatsApp, email, or social media).
